Coaches, Get Ready to Break Through to Your 7-Figure Business In a One Day Preconference Event!
Join us for an immersive, high-caliber workshop with 7-figure coaches Dr. Kiki Ramsey and Chelsey Parkinson. This is for coaches ready to stop circling the drain, elevate their identity, structure a real business, and scale without becoming a hostage to social media.
Walk away with a clean business structure, a strategic 90-day execution plan, and a 7-figure self-concept you can actually operate from—with or without social media.
You didn’t become a coach to chase algorithms or burn yourself out piecing together strategies that contradict each other.
You became a coach to serve deeply, transform lives, and build a business that reflects your vision.
But here’s the real pattern we see in the industry:
You’ve done the training. You’re good at what you do. You’ve gotten clients.
But predictable income, consistent growth, and a business you can actually scale? They’re not materializing.
You’re working way harder than you should.
You’re still trading time for money.
You’re constantly questioning how to grow without losing your sanity.
And the “post more, be louder, show up daily” advice? Exhausting… and not even the thing that will take you to 7 figures.
You know you’re capable. But the identity of
“7-figure coach,”
“leader with premium programs,”
“business owner, not service provider,”
still feels like it belongs to someone else.
Scaling isn’t just strategy.
It’s identity, self-concept, structure, execution, and visibility done with intention—not desperation.
Research shows coaches struggle with marketing, client flow, business architecture, and identity…not talent.
That’s exactly why we created this full-day workshop.
Strategy plus identity. Structure plus live coaching.
Led by two coaches who have built multiple-7-figure businesses, without relying on huge social followings.
7-Figure Career Coach, Positive Psychology Expert, CEO of The Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute, and one of the most respected voices in leadership, identity work, and coaching mastery.
7-Figure High-Performance & Identity Coach, Director of Coaching, and mentor to 3000+ clients, from tech execs to entrepreneurs to content creators. Chelsey specializes in self-concept, radical action, and business architecture to make delusional things happen in radically short timelines.
Are committed to moving beyond “occasional clients” into predictable, scalable income.
Know their identity and self-concept must evolve to match the business they want.
Want a business that grows, without being chained to Instagram or forced to do Tik Tok Trends.
Want live coaching, live strategy, and real transformation, not passive learning.
Are ready to step into the coach-leader-entrepreneur they know they’re meant to be.
Are tired of learning from fake Insta-coaches who have no real integrity or business strategy.
Step into the identity of a 7-figure coach. Release the beliefs that cap your growth. Step into leadership with clarity and confidence.
Define your niche, dial in your signature offer(s), refine your delivery model, pricing, and client journey. Learn how to scale from 1:1 into 1:many or hybrid.
Shift blocks fast. Ask questions. Get coached on your identity, your business model, your visibility, your pricing, live.
We will show you how to build consistent client flow without relying on high-volume posting. And if you want social media, you’ll learn how to use it smartly, strategically, and sustainably.
Clear priorities. Clear tasks. Clear metrics. No more spinning. No more guessing.
The network alone is a catalyst. You’ll be in a room of coaches who are hungry, driven, and serious about scaling.
We’ve built multiple 7-figure coaching businesses…this is real.
We did much of it without big social media followings.
We combine identity, strategy, and execution in one day.
You get real coaching, not passive slides and PDF’s.
The room is intentionally intimate so you receive high-level support.
Focused learning. Meaningful takeaways. Smart, sassy, fun.
If you’re ready to step into the identity, strategy, and execution level of a High-earning coach, reserve your seat.
This is the day your business stops plateauing and starts scaling.
Yes. Whether you’re starting, growing, or restructuring, you’ll walk away with identity shifts and strategic clarity that applies at every level.
Perfect. We’ll show you how to build client flow through other (equally powerful) strategies.
Yes. A tailored 90-day roadmap and immediate action steps.
Absolutely. If you want to scale, refine your identity, and build a real business foundation, this is for you.
You care about your clients. You care about your craft.
Now it’s time to build a business that matches the depth of your work.
Join us for a day that will redefine how you see yourself, your business, and what’s possible.
We can’t wait to meet you and help catalyze your next level.

Dan Parkinson is a seasoned entrepreneur, asset manager, and combat veteran who brings over two decades of high-stakes operational leadership to the stage. After serving 13 years in the Australian Army, Dan translated his tactical discipline into the private sector, building and running a thriving 7-figure construction company, a high-volume parking and storage operation, and a multi-7-figure real estate portfolio.
His ultimate joint venture, however, began in Afghanistan 15 years ago, where he met his wife and business partner, Chelsey—who frequently jokes that she kept him from getting blown up over there (a claim that happens to be 100% true, just ask her). Today, they run their lives and their multi-million dollar entities side-by-side. Equally dedicated to his operations at home, Dan is an incredible dad to their six-year-old daughter, Kenna, and seamlessly handles the logistics of the family farm. He’s the definition of the unshakeable partner—the kind of husband who reacts to his wife bringing home more livestock by saying, “Well, it’s inconvenient that you got more ducks, but I’ll go dig a pond.” Whether he is managing corporate scaling or overseeing everything from the poultry to his wife’s pack of wolf hybrids, Dan believes in absolute execution.
