Stop Struggling With The “Work-Life Balance” Myth… And Start Thriving

Thrive is the ultimate course designed to help ambitious women like you uplevel your career and build work-life harmony…
All without burning yourself out.

Is trying to “have it all”
exhausting you?

Being a woman trying to build a fulfilling career while juggling everything else is… hard. Twenty-four hours in a day is just not enough.

Does this sound familiar?

You struggle a lot with balancing work with everything else. You never manage to get any time to take care of yourself, and you feel guilty about the time your career takes away from your family.

You are not sure about your career direction and you feel like you lack clarity: you feel trapped in a place that doesn’t feel right but you don’t know exactly what you want, or what your purpose is.

You feel like you’re constantly getting overlooked, and you struggle with being assertive enough: you feel unseen, and when the time comes to ask for what you want, you pull back.

You fear you can’t have it all, and often when you finally get to bed, you feel like everything is bound to come crashing down soon… because you are more tired and burned out by the minute…

If you see yourself in this description, I get it. Because…

I have been precisely where you are,& I know how it feels when it’s too much.

There I was, finishing up my Ph.D., with a one year old daughter and another child on the way… while running my business and starting another one.

In the middle of a global pandemic. Can you imagine? Needless to say, I was burning myself out HARD.
I always had high ambitions and dreams, and a deep drive to pursue them.

But I also had responsibilities as a wife and as a mother — and being human, I needed time to take care of myself and recharge, too.

Balancing it all was becoming impossible.

I was advancing my career, but I was wracked with mommy guilt because I couldn't spend as much time as I wanted with my older son or daughter…

I was constantly tired and exhausted, too exhausted for self-care and unwinding…

I barely managed to spend any quality time with my husband, and it was adding tension to our marriage…

At that point, I was at rock bottom.

I was burning myself out. I started to think that maybe I couldn’t have it all… that balancing my career and my life was impossible.

That as a mother and a wife, I would always be capped from reaching my full potential as a professional and as an entrepreneur. That I would have to choose between that and being the mother and wife I wanted to be.

(Maybe that’s where you are right now?)

But around that time, I learned a pivotal idea that changed my life forever, and will change yours too.

Work-life balance doesn’t exist…
and striving for it is burning you out

The truth is, work-life balance is a dangerous lie… and it’s a big part of why you are so stressed, overwhelmed, and confused.

If you are juggling a lot of things, it’s only natural that you want to find a way to manage it all. So you reach for “work-life balance”.

But trying to “balance” all the things you need to do, from work to your family and kids, to taking care of yourself… only leads to more stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.

It leads you to always be “on”, always trying to check the next item off your checklist in the name of balance. And you burn yourself out.

The good news is you can
have it all…because there
is a better way.

I call it work-life harmony, and it is what happens when you know what you really want and who you really are. Not a forced balance for the sake of balance… but harmony between your goals, your desires, your values, and every component of your life. This is the only way to do it all in a sustainable way.

Work-life harmony changed
everything for me, and it will for
you too.

Once I switched from trying to achieve some fantastical “work-life balance” and instead went for harmony, everything changed. I realized I could, in fact, have it all!

I could strive for the highest heights in my career, AND be the wife and mother I wanted to be, AND I could also practice self-care and keep myself from stressing out.

All that without guilt.

I started waking up without dreading the day to come. I still had so much to do… but I started enjoying it, and I started being fully present for it. I started being intentional about everything I did.

And I never looked back to “balance”.

Ever since, so many women have asked me how I do it all.

They ask me how I continue to advance my career, because they feel stuck, unable to rise higher, unseen...

They ask me how I'm always full of purpose and joy in my work, when they feel lost and confused on what their direction is...

They ask me how I find the time to practice self-care, because they are so tired and stressed they can barely find time to sleep...

Many of them became my coaching clients, and are now enjoying the same work-life harmony I enjoy.

But there are only so many people I can coach one on one.

And that’s why I created something better.

Thriving At Work Happiness Checklist

My "Thriving At Work Happiness Checklist" is a comprehensive tool designed to help you cultivate happiness and well-being in your professional life. It provides practical guidance and actionable steps to enhance workplace satisfaction, fulfilment, and overall success. It’s the support you need on your journey to thriving at work.

Learn from someone who has been there…and that walks the walk.

As I shared with you above, I have been exactly where you are now.

But what you might not know is that even before that, I had to overcome extremely tough circumstances. I am a black woman who started from nothing, grew up dirt poor, and became a mother as a teenager.

According to society, I didn’t have a chance in hell!

But I have always worked extremely hard., and built a great life and career for myself. And even so, during that time in my life I was telling you about, I was on the brink of absolute collapse.

No matter how tough you are, trying to “balance” your career, your marriage, your children, your self-care… it’s enough to crush anyone. There is no shame in admitting it.

But once I discovered the techniques and ideas I want to teach you in this course, once I learned what it really means to thrive… I went on to accomplish extraordinary things.

I currently run two successful businesses, wrote a book, was featured in important magazines, run my own podcast, and am an international corporate speaker.

I managed to achieve two Master’s degrees and a Ph.D. (the first in my family) and then became a top 1% certified master certified coach and coaching professor who has helped thousands of women.

All this, while having a wonderful marriage of over 20 years (and counting!), three beautiful children, and plenty of time to travel and take care of myself.

You actually can have it all if you have the technique, ideas and drive.

In Thrive, I will teach you the same mindsets, skills, and techniques I use every day, and that I teach to my one-on-one coaching clients. And just as they work for us, they will work for you.

Whether you are dissatisfied with your career trajectory, feel stuck, or you simply find yourself overwhelmed and stressed trying to juggle everything, Thrive can help you get unstuck.

Support
You Need

It’s hard to go it alone; Finally get the support you need from me and a community of women.

Here’s what you will learn
inside Thrive:

From Surving to Thriving

In the first week, we’ll discover what thriving really means! I’ll share with you the nitty, gritty details of my own story, and use it as a springboard to completely and permanently change your perspective on what’s possible.

Why the key to “doing it all” really is all in your mind: how to develop a growth mindset that empowers you to overcome obstacles.

How to hunt down and challenge the limiting beliefs and negative patterns that hold you back and cause your stress.

The secret weapon of reframing: how to use self-talk to control your mind and change the thought patterns that are holding you back!

Discovering The Authentic You

Here’s a secret: the main reason we don’t know what we want… is that we don’t know who we really, truly are! We just assume we are who we’ve been told we are, or who we’ve been told we should be. Well, no more.

The three magic questions you need to answer to understand who you truly, really are… and how to use them to guide you to success.

Stop swimming against the current! Identify your strengths and values, and let them guide you where you are supposed to be going.

Use your newfound understanding of yourself to set your personal vision, discover your voice, and understand your real worth!

Becomming a Goal-getter

Anyone can set goals… and they do. But goal setting is useless if you can’t actually get them done, and that’s unfortunately where most of us get stuck. This week, we’ll turn you into a goal-getting machine.

How to set goals you’ll accomplish by figuring out your priorities and setting SMART PUSH goals (this paradigm will change your life!)

Figuring out your time management & productivity system: identify your time-wasters, create your action plan, and go get it!

Access the next level of getting things done: prioritize tasks ruthlessly, delegate effectively… and achieve things you didn’t think possible.

Nailing Your Career Moves

Society loves to tell you that a successful career can’t coexist with your role as a wife, a mother, or even with having a fun life. But the truth is, they can coexist — and you shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting them to. So let’s see how.

Identify your core values, uncover your purpose, and use them to build a roadmap toward your dream career results!

Craft your unique value proposition and personal brand story to build a powerful, unique positioning on the job market.

Learn why networking gets a bad rap, and how to do it right to open up career opportunities you never thought you could access!

Making Money Moves

If there is one area of our lives that is absolutely crippled by counterproductive beliefs we’re bombarded with our whole lives… it’s money. We will dismantle all of that in this week’s lesson, forever.

Understand the poverty mindset and the limiting beliefs it carries… and replace it with the wealth mindset that leads to money moves!

Overcome the mental money blocks that prevent you from attracting the wealth you deserve… and start getting what you’re worth!

Get a full-on masterclass on money: assess your financial situation, master financial planning, and learn to negotiate salary like a pro.

Mastering work-Life harmony

After learning all the skills you need, it’s time to put them together and finally master the art of work-life harmony! In the last week, you’ll learn how to run your life intentionally so you can reach your goals… and enjoy it all.

Understand the importance of self-care, and how to fit it into your busy schedule by being intentional in how you spend your time.

Develop effective resilience skills to overcome the challenges in your journey, without letting them cripple your progress.

How to use your new-found harmony to feed and maintain your momentum toward your goals… no more getting stuck!

Just read what so many men and women have to say

Today, they run their lives and their multi-million dollar entities side-by-side.
